How Is It Done

Traditionally a flats boat or bay boat is used with an experienced fishing guide to sight the fish for you in the shallows as they tail, mud or swim by the boat. Flats boats generally carry 2 or less where most bay boats can carry up to 4. When the fish are within your casting range your fishing guide will instruct you where to place your bait or fly.  Our fish range in sized from 4 - 15 lbs and offer a fight any seasoned angler would be proud of with long burning runs and quick turns. The best time of the year for Bonefishing is from March through October and sometimes into November. The larger bonefish are here in the Florida Keys during the months of Sept and October offering anglers shots at fish that may reach 15 lbs.
